The Association of Volunteer Blood Donors (ADSB) of Tournefeuille is organizing a blood drive, which will take place on Friday December 8 and Saturday December 9 at the deans’ home, behind the town hall of Tournefeuille.
A week before, on December 1st, ADSB volunteers gave their support to the Lumières d’Espoirs association, with a view to collecting donations for the Telethon. The association wishes to remind you that the need for blood products is daily. The association also reports that all blood types are necessary and sought following. In addition, ADSB also needs plasma (the liquid part of the blood in which blood cells are suspended in blood vessels), which is used to produce drugs but also for plasma transfusions. For the Tournefeuille blood collection, the ADSB recommends making an appointment.
