Tax discounts for buildings certified as green, subsidies for the installation of renewable technologies and training programs for construction professionals are effective measures.
Another important point to consider is the increase in green areas in the city. This is possible through conscious urban planning. The reuse of abandoned spaces, the creation of urban parks and the incorporation of green roofs are key strategies. In addition, encouraging the planting of trees and the creation of community gardens will strengthen citizens’ connection with nature.
