The former member of the Financial Information Unit (UIF) and former candidate for senator for Buenos Aires, María Eugenia Talerico, assured that she will not be in charge of the National Directorate of Migration during the government of the elected president, Javier Milei.

“I wanted to inform you that I will finally not be in charge of the National Directorate of Migration,” Talerico announced on Twitter. “I wish this Government the greatest success because all Argentines need it”he continued.

Talerico was summoned by the future Minister of the Interior and one of the owners of Milei’s national Cabinet, Guillermo Francos, who had proposed a “transparent” and “exemplary” leadership in that sector.

The libertarian’s small table is consolidated and takes on a central role in management

Close to the hard core of the PRO through the economist and deputy Ricardo López Murphy, Talerico recently promoted important complaints such as Julio “Chocolate” Rigau, due to the corruption scandal in the Legislature of the Province of Buenos Aires.

Besides, Talerico was a plaintiff in Money Route K, in which Lázaro Báez, a southern businessman linked to the Kirchner family, was sentenced to 10 years in prison. In this context, doubts continue in the final assembly of Milei’s work team that will disembark on December 10 in the Executive Branch.

The last appointment came from the Presidency of the Chamber of Deputies: finally, following 15 days of cross negotiations, The Riojan and libertarian Martín Menem will be the one who plays the role. Cristian Ritondo and Florencio Randazzo were left along the way.
