With both from Fulgencio, Tigres scratches a 2-2 draw against Puebla in the Mexican Apertura

MEXICO CITY (AP) — With a goal from Raymundo Fulgencio in the second half, champion Tigres drew 2-2 once morest Puebla on Thursday in the first leg of the quarterfinals of the Apertura tournament in Mexico.
