Queen Maxima of the Netherlands
traveled to Paris to inaugurate an exhibition dedicated to the Dutch designer Iris van Herpen, which is being held at the Museum of Decorative Arts. For this occasion, the wife of
roi Willem-Alexander
wore a sublime dress designed by the designer. This semi-transparent outfit in a pretty flesh color highlighted her figure impeccably.
It is important to note that this was not the first time that Queen Maxima chose an Iris van Herpen creation. Indeed, the latter had also chosen an outfit from the stylist on the occasion of her 50th birthday, on May 12, 2021. A party which took place in Amsterdam. At the time, it was in an emerald dress that the mother of Catharina-Amalia, Alexia and Ariane caused a sensation.

Together, the two women kicked off the exhibition which should end on April 28, 2024. Subsequently, the collection “Iris van Herpen. Sculpting the Senses”, which “pays homage to one of the most visionary fashion designers of her generation”, will head to Brisbane, Singapore and Rotterdam. “A pioneer in the use of new technologies in her discipline, Iris van Herpen transgresses conventional norms of clothing, open to both traditional and forward-looking know-how,” we can read on the museum website.
