The resolution with N°4638/23 “MS” comes into force in January 2024 and regulates the hygienic-sanitary conditions of the natatoriums in the province of Río Negro, where In one of its annexes, it provides for a sanctions regime for those who do not comply with it.

All natatoriums in the province must register in the Single Registry of Natatoriums, administered by the Department of Basic Sanitation of the Ministry of Health.
