Shirley’s elimination left Miguelito very affected in Tierra Brava. Before leaving, the comedian told her that he loved her.
Shirley and Nicole had a tense moment when they crawled across each other in a high mousetrap. Unfortunately, the situation took a dramatic turn when the Peruvian contestant hit her nose on an iron.
Despite wearing a helmet, upon descending the challenging obstacle, Shirley realized that her nose was bleeding from the impact. Paramedics came immediately to provide medical care while the grieving was paused. “I felt like I burst my nose,” said Shirley, visibly affected by the incident. Although no fracture was confirmed, the decision to continue in the competition was left in the hands of the contestant herself.
Shirley was unable to complete the test.
“I feel very bad, frustrated. I hit myself with the iron on my nose. They treated me, but my head hurts a lot and, even if I wanted to, I can’t continue,” declared the Peruvian, thus determining her departure from the reality show.
Miguelito and Shirley’s emotional farewell
The news moved the other participants, especially Miguelito, who expressed his surprise and sadness at Shirley’s decision. “It affects me a lot that you are leaving, everyone knows how much love I have for you. I love you very much,” said the contestant through tears.
After a tight hug between them, the comedian told her “I love you,” and went to look for a bouquet of flowers at the house to give to the Peruvian woman, saying goodbye with a lot of tears.
With a touch of humor, Shirley, now out of reality, joked: “I would love to go back. This time I would do it with my pillow and my quilt.”
Although his participation came to an end unexpectedly, the memory of his bravery and determination in the competition remains.
