Microsoft is a major investor in Open AI. AI is already integrated into many of the company’s products. The plaintiff alleged that Microsoft had played a key role in training and developing such AI models and that the company had committed copyright infringement. Julian Sangton demanded that there should be no more such violations and that adequate compensation should be paid.
