The Al Omrane Group presented, on Saturday in Madrid, the broad outlines of the new housing assistance program, open to Moroccans residing in Morocco or abroad. This operation took place as part of the international traveling exhibition “Al Omrane Expo Marocains du monde”. According to the Group, this event is part of the implementation of the High Royal Instructions aimed at paying particular attention to Moroccans around the world, “with a view to meeting their aspirations and facilitating their contribution to the development of their motherland, through a set of digital services and platforms.”
The housing assistance program, which is in line with HM King Mohammed VI’s desire to strengthen the capacity of citizens to access decent housing, tends to ”renew the approach to supporting access to property and supporting the purchasing power of households, through direct financial assistance to the buyer”. Thus, the Al Omrane Group has detailed to MREs the conditions and criteria to be met in order to benefit from this program, with a view to an acquisition or investment. As a reminder, the amount of aid is set at 100,000 DH for the acquisition of housing whose sale price is less than or equal to 300,000 DH, and 70,000 DH for one whose price varies between 300,000 DH and 700,000 DH .
