Thus, the lawyer in question, by way of example, mentions in particular the cases of three women, having changed their name following marriage and renewed their license in their country of origin, found themselves with licenses not recognized in Belgium because they were issued following their domiciliation. Another case concerns a 60-year-old man, a Belgian resident for four years, who renewed his Moldovan license two years ago, making it invalid in Belgium. This poses difficulties, particularly for those who do not have sufficient command of the languages required for the exams in Belgium, thus threatening their employment.
