Vienna (OTS) – UNOS reacts with surprise and horror to the Cofag investigative committee, which is supported by the Economic Association, and in which around 240,000 Austrian companies, mostly small and medium-sized enterprises as well as EPUs, are placed under general suspicion.
UNOS federal spokesman Michael Bernhard: “The proximity and sensitivity of the economic association to the real concerns of entrepreneurs has always been questionable, but now there is an oath of disclosure. Mahrer and his followers don’t care regarding the stability of our economy and are putting it at risk out of pure greed for power. A merger of the Economic Association and the ÖAAB is obviously already underway and will probably be ceremoniously announced in Cuba.”
UNOS will not accept this and will use every means possible to combat this general suspicion. Bernhard: “We now have to put up an anti-ÖVP protective shield for Austrian companies, otherwise I fear for the future of our economy.”
