MILWAUKEE (AP) — Brook Lopez matched his career high with 39 points, including three on a long shot with 2:40 left, as the Bucks took the lead for good and beat the Los Angeles Lakers 131-128 on Friday. Washington Wizards in the In-Season tournament.

Khris Middleton left the game at the beginning of the third period due to tightness in his Achilles tendon. The Bucks player, who has had limited time this season following undergoing right knee surgery over the summer, scored seven points and had five assists in 13 minutes.
