In the midst of assembling his cabinet, Javier Miley decided that Patricia Bullrich be your Minister of Security starting December 10. After the libertarian’s victory, the PRO leader herself had ruled out taking the position because she had already managed it for four years.

Asked regarding the possibility of assuming the leadership of the portfolio that she held under the management of Mauricio Macri, she added: “I think that when you have been in a place, going through the same place twice is not good. You should not fall in love with the things you did.”
The former Together for Change candidate gave her explicit support to the libertarian just two days following her defeat in the October general elections, in which she ran with Luis Petri as a candidate for vice president.
On the night of Sunday, November 19, when Milei won the runoff with 55% of the votes, Mauricio Macri and Patricia Bullrich came to congratulate him at the Hotel Libertador, where the president-elect had installed his campaign command.
From that meeting a video was seen in which Bullrich and Milei hug: “Very good, come on… strength, strength now”Bullrich tells the leader of La Libertad Avanza. “We did it. Thank you, thank you for so much greatness”he answers.
