Bassem Youssef left an unforgettable memory for the audience of the stand-up comedy show he presented in Sydney recently, with his performance of the Palestinian Dabke at the end of the show.

In Dubai, Amr Diab held his concert, which had been previously postponed, and donated a portion of its proceeds to the Red Crescent Society, in support of the “Compassion for Gaza” campaign.

In light of the postponed performances and events in solidarity with the Palestinian victims in Gaza, critic Tariq El-Shenawy revealed, on his personal Facebook page, preparations “in secret” to hold the activities of the sixth session of the El Gouna Film Festival “in the middle of next December as a proposed date,” according to El-Shenawy.

In Saudi Arabia, the Riyadh Season activities continue, most notably last week, Post Malone’s music show, the concert of Lebanese artists Wael Kfoury and Elissa, and the second edition of “Night of Tears.”

The news of the Egyptian artist Hana El Zahed’s separation from her husband, the artist Ahmed Fahmy, was one of the most interactive and circulated artistic news on social media platforms last week.

Finally… Shenis Palacios from Nicaragua was crowned Miss Universe 2023 in the annual beauty pageant competition, which was recently held in the capital of El Salvador.
