Al-Marsad newspaper: The Jeddah Governorate Municipality revealed the details of the ruling in a case filed once morest it by a company demanding compensation of 75 million riyals.
She explained that a final ruling was issued by the Administrative Court of Appeal in the Riyadh Region, rejecting the lawsuit filed by one of the companies once morest the secretariat, in which it demanded the payment of a sum of 75.89 million riyals as compensation for the rental amounts, which the company claimed to pay for sites that the secretariat did not receive from it.
She added, the ruling issued by the Administrative Court of Appeal came to cancel a preliminary ruling issued by the Thirteenth Administrative Circuit in Jeddah Governorate, in order to confirm the integrity of the secretariat’s procedures and its commitment to the terms of the contract.
