A call for donations for the benefit of Château Vert
The heart is heavy for the family, but despite everything, the weather is still full of smiles. “We don’t want to collapse. He would never have wanted that. He was overflowing with life and combativeness. We want to keep this image of him and above all remain courageous as he was,” confides his godmother. Colin’s life was strewn with pitfalls but the little boy always knew how to find an outstretched hand. Particularly within its Château Vert school, which offers specialized education where mutual aid, development and solidarity are the key words. “He was integrated into the Solières municipal school for his first three years of kindergarten and then he went to the Château Vert a few times in May and June to see how he felt,” says Ludivine Beguin. “He has everything was immediately very well received and he really flourished within this institution. As a parent, it is really very pleasant to feel that his child is evolving in a positive environment and with a attentive and supportive team .” The family therefore decided to open an account number for the benefit of the school. At the moment, it amounts to a little over €400. “We’re in a bit of a whirlwind at the moment, but I want to continue the fight and encourage organ donation. I think I’ll go back to school soon and if I have the chance to get involved in one way or another, why not. That’s what my son would have wanted,” concludes his mother.
Curious, sociable, endearing and smiling, Colin leaves the image of a little boy who was keen to help others. And his fight continues through his family. To talk regarding life rather than death, to maintain hope even in mourning.
Donations should be made to the account BE84 3400 4695 9859 with the message “In memory of Colin”.
