Samsung is preparing to launch a new entry-level cell phone at the beginning of next year. O Galaxy A15 received new certification before its launch. The LTE version of the model appeared at the FCC, the United States regulatory agency.

It has emerged with the model number SM-A155M, which confirms that the SM-A155N – possibly the South Korean edition – will be a variant of the smartphone. An SM-A155F version is still expected.

The North American approval confirms that the device will support dual-SIM, but does not provide further details regarding the future technical specifications of the Galaxy A15 with 4G. Even so, you can already get an idea of the settings from previous leaks.

Therefore, the device must be equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 mobile platform, accompanied by at least 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Furthermore, it should come out of the box with Android 14, under the One UI 6.0 interface, from the factory.

It is worth remembering that the Korean company’s basic model will also have an edition compatible with the 5G network, which has already appeared in benchmarks equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus chipset.

There are still no confirmations regarding which American versions of the Galaxy A15 5G will be nor which editions will arrive in Brazil. However, the model is expected to be made official in the first quarter of 2024.
