The November 20th next will be held at Orléans the 13th edition of the newly named “Young Talented Master Restaurateurs” competition “Young Talents, Chefs of Tomorrow” Competition.
The CMA Loiret will host the event featuring competition 6 finalistswho will have to carry out a main course and a dessert for 4 in 4 hours using the following ingredients: Orléans IGP poultry, Jargeau andouillette and 2 garnishes for the main course & pears, Olivet pear brandy and Sologne honey for dessert.
A jury of professionals (cuisine, main course & dessert) – including Cyril Plateau (La Liodière) and Bernard Vaussion (former Chef of the Élysée) will distinguish the best proposals under the aegis of Mallory Gabsisponsor of the national final of the 13th edition of the “Young Talents, Chefs of Tomorrow” Competition alongside his sous-chef Helmut Lewin.
