A customer of a small business in an American airport denounced a situation she experienced regarding the issue of tipping in a video that went viral.

The extract, which has already received more than 10 million views on the social network TikTok, has reignited the debate on the culture of tipping in North America.
While she bought a bottle of water for $2.75 Canadian, the self-service cash register offered to leave a tip, which she refused.
The woman also had to write her name to complete the order.
