Fluffy Wholemeal Pancake for those who are a fan of pancakes but are looking for a healthier and more nutritious option. These pancakes are a healthy version of the classic American pancake but made with wholemeal flour instead of white flour.

With this simple change, they become full of fiber, vitamins and minerals, making breakfast a very nutritious meal.

These pancakes They are like Americana, fluffier and taller, they go well with fruits, jams, butter, cream cheese, but I always prefer to eat them with honey which I love.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of milk;
  • 1 ovo;
  • 8 tablespoons of whole wheat flour;
  • 1 level spoon (coffee) of salt;
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Way of doing

Mix everything using a mixer or wire whisk, then grease a non-stick frying pan with butter or oil. Place dollops of dough and arrange with a spoon to form a rounded shape, but take your time!

I can do two at a time, but this will depend on the size of your pan.

If you want this pancake very salty, do not use sugar in the dough, but if you want it very sweet, add 2 more tablespoons of sugar in the recipe above.
