Latam recorded 27 million passengers transported on domestic flights in Brazil between January and October this year. The volume is 17% higher than that recorded in the first ten months of 2022, when the company reached the mark of 23 million passengers.

This is what the company’s most recent operational data indicates, which has become more efficient and competitive following the Covid-19 pandemic and has grown sustainably.

“Latam is able to invest to expand connectivity in a sustainable way in Brazil because it is more cost-efficient and increasingly strategic in its market analysis. It is our commitment to democratize access to air transport in this country”, explains Aline Mafra, Director of Sales and Marketing at LATAM Brasil.

From January to October this year, Latam in Brazil achieved a 12% growth in its domestic passenger demand measured in RPK¹ and expanded its domestic seat supply measured in ASK² by 11% compared to the same period in 2022.

RPK stands for Passenger Kilometers Transported.
ASK stands for Offered Seat Kilometers.
