The story of this Golden Retriever turned Golden Receiver became known to the world when Meg shared regarding her beloved dog’s intelligence on her social media page.
Meg posted on her Facebook page regarding her beloved pup, Marvie, with the caption: From Golden Retriever to Golden Receiver. They also posted a picture of Marvi buying the parcel from an online delivery agent. Meg says she was at work when the delivery agent arrived with the parcel and her partner was busy working upstairs.
Not seeing anyone else at this time, the delivery agent handed over the parcel to Marvi. Meg also mentioned in the post that although he is usually a bit of a fussy person, following buying his parcel he did not destroy it and put it in a safe place. The Golden Retriever ranks fourth in terms of intelligence, just behind the Border Collie, Poodle, and German Shepherd. They have cognitive abilities similar to a 2- or 2.5-year-old child, can learn more than 165 words and can easily recognize human emotions.
