A cigarette in the morning with my coffee, a smoke break around 4 p.m. with colleagues and another in the evening over a drink… This is a non-exhaustive list of times when I smoke during the day. An addiction that I have had for more than fifteen years but which I am going to fight this month by trying “No Tobacco Month”.
Every week, on video, I will meet an addiction specialist to help me stop smoking. We start with tobacco specialist Ketty Deléris, author of the book I really quit smoking published by Marregarding.
The first thing to know regarding quitting smoking is that you are not alone. In France, nearly 12 million people are “daily smokers”, that’s my case, and this year, 92,000 of them have registered on the “Tobacco Free Month” site, that’s my case once more.
