Niedernberg (ots) – The USB candle lighter, gold, is being recalled with immediate effect. Studies have shown that the permissible limit values for lead are exceeded, which means that a health risk cannot be completely ruled out. Further use of this product is not recommended.
The affected batch was sold from July 1st to October 31st, 2023 in DEPOT branches and in the DEPOT online shop. Customers who purchased the candlelighter during this period can return the item to any DEPOT branch for a refund of the full sales price, even without presenting the receipt.
