In 2021, the household of Lulu Tobing and businessman Bani Mulia was on the edge. At that time, Lulu filed for divorce for the first time following officially getting married on August 24 2019. At that time they had attended 13 trials until finally the request for divorce was rejected by the Central Jakarta Religious Court.
After two years of reconciliation, Lulu Tobing is now suing her husband once more. The Central Jakarta Religious Court stated that a mediation hearing was held on November 2 and the divorce suit was filed on October 23.
“Yes, on October 23 2023, a case was filed in the name of LO in the name of her husband BM, filing for divorce. The initial hearing was held on Thursday,” said Central Jakarta PA Public Relations Officer Jajat Sudrajat.

Lulu Tobing and Bani Mulia were both present at the mediation. Currently the process they are carrying out is still in the mediation stage.
“Thank God, we are here, we hope there will be peace between the two of them. Next, they are taking mediation efforts,” he explained.
“Immediately mediate, we advise in the courtroom and then mediate,” continued Jajat Sudrajat.

Currently, the Central Jakarta Religious Court is still giving time for Lulu Tobing and Beni Mulia to repair their relationship to the same level as in 2021.
“We hope that the two of them can get along once more, rebuild their household. We will give them 2 weeks. If the mediator thinks they need additional mediation,” explained Jajat Sudrajat.
Lulu Tobing’s divorce lawsuit was rejected in September 2021. At that time Lulu Tobing was determined to divorce, on the other hand, Bani really wanted to maintain her household and the judge granted this effort.
