ITS Group, a leading player in the acceleration of digital transformation, announces its half-yearly financial results for 2023. The group records a consolidated turnover of 90 million euros, illustrating growth of +8%, thus demonstrating of its robust performance during this period.

Expertise at the heart of the group’s growth
After solid growth in 2022, the group maintained its momentum in the first half of 2023, exceeding its objectives and confirming its expertise in key areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, mobile fleet management and consulting.
Consolidated turnover shows an increase of 8%, from €83.4 million in the first half of 2022 to €90.0 million. This organic growth represents an increase of 7%, or a contribution of €5.5 million. The only change in scope results from the integration of YOUZOU (acquired in October 2022) within ITS Ibelem, representing €1 million in the first half.
In France, growth was driven by ITS Services, with increased headcount and higher selling prices as well as Mobility services provided by ITS Ibelem, which experienced strong growth, both organically and thanks to the integration of Youzou.
Abroad, ITS Group Benelux continued to grow, as did MIB Switzerland, which increased by €1.1 million thanks to non-recurring trading activities.
