A new study revealed that drinking coffee every day protects once morest weakness and stress and gives the heart health and vitality, as people grow older and older.

In the study conducted by the National University of Singapore over a period of 20 years, researchers measured caffeine levels and its effect on regarding 12,000 middle-aged people, i.e. between the ages of 45-74 years, according to the Mirror website.

It turns out that people who drank tea and coffee had much better physical functions later in life, compared to others.
The researchers said that coffee was one of the most popular caffeine drinks among the study participants, as the number of coffee drinkers in that experiment was regarding 84%, while there were only 12% of tea drinkers.
The researchers noted that 68.5% had coffee as their primary drink every day, and 52.9% drank one cup per day, while 42.2% drank regarding 2-3 cups per day, and 4.9% drank regarding 4 cups or more every day.
People who drank 4 or more cups of coffee per day were significantly less likely to experience weakness and fatigue later in life, compared to people who did not drink coffee daily.
As for people who tend to drink coffee, they can drink tea in the same amount to obtain caffeine at an appropriate rate.
