On Saturday morning, a demonstration was held in New York in support of Palestine.
American star Susan Sarandon participated in this demonstration, and published a picture of herself on the demonstration platform, and commented: “You do not have to be Palestinian to care regarding what is happening in Gaza. I support Palestine. No one is free until everyone is free.”
Susan participated in the movie Dead Man Walking, for which she won an Academy Award in 1996.
Susan made her Broadway debut in An Evening with Richard Nixon in 1972 and received Drama Desk Award nominations for her Broadway plays, and in television she was nominated for six Emmy Awards.
