The sticker will then be synced with iCloud, and available on all your other Apple devices. To send it, nothing might be simpler. For example, on iMessage, open the new menu by clicking on the little + at the bottom of the screen, then on Stickers. Then drag this sticker onto a message.
Note that you can place these stickers in other messengers, as well as other applications.
