Electricity Tariff Hike: Minister K Announces Yearly Increase in Rates

Thiruvananthapuram: Minister K said that the electricity rate will increase every year. Krishnankutty The Electricity Minister stated that there is no other option but to increase the tariff and people should be prepared for this.

Those using 50 units will have to pay five paise more than the existing rate. Currently the rate is 35 paise. It will go up to 40 paise.
