Mai Al-Eidan, through her personal account on the social networking site Facebook, published a post in which she wrote: We belong to God and to Him we shall return. The artist Jawaher Al-Kuwaiti, whose real name is Manal Al-Misfer, has passed away to God’s mercy.
She added: She passed away at the age of 45 following a bitter struggle with stomach cancer. May God have mercy on her, forgive her, make her dwell in your spacious paradise, and grant her a good home and forgive her.
It is noteworthy that the artist Jawaher’s health condition deteriorated significantly following the last surgery she underwent in the past weeks, as doctors decided to withhold treatment from her, due to her body not responding to treatment, as the disease exhausted it.
Jawaher’s family recently announced that the artist is struggling with the disease, as her health condition has worsened, following her suffering with cancer, which has devastated her body, as the family published a video of the late woman, days before her death.
The video clip, on which the family wrote, said: Treatment has been stopped for the Kuwaiti artist, and she is at the mercy of the Lord of the Worlds. Please allow us as long as we are able to respond to the calls. We ask you to pray for her, as she is in dire need of prayer.
