Burbank (California) – Walt Disney is taking over the remaining 33 percent of Hulu from Comcast. This not only gives the US entertainment company complete control over the streaming service, but can also integrate it into its own Disney+ offering. According to information from Wednesday evening, Disney expects to pay Comcast parent company NBCUniversal (NBCU) around $8.6 billion by December 1st.
