Sources revealed to Al-Riyadiya that Chilean Peru was the referee of the Al-Nasr and Al-Ettifaq match in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup final on Tuesday, without mentioning in his report any threat to suspend the Brazilian Talisca, player of Al-Nasr’s first football team.
According to the same sources, the Chilean added to his report the presence of disgraceful behavior by the player Talisca following the incident of his expulsion with a red card as a result of what happened with Hamdan Al-Shamrani, the Al-Ettifaq player.
In similar cases, the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee had previously doubled the punishment for players whose cases of expulsion had been raised in the referees’ reports, which is what happened with the Brazilian Talisca, who was now subject to another match suspension with an automatic suspension with a red card.
If a decision is issued to increase the suspension once morest the Brazilian, he will have to apply it in the first two matches in which he is entitled to participate without regard to the competition, due to the presence of a disciplinary decision attached to the red card match report.
