The artist Sabry Abdel Moneim said in his statements to Cairo 24 that he received the news of the acquittal of the accused like a thunderbolt, and following that he was transferred to a hospital, following feeling complications with his health, and following the doctors treated him, and he underwent some necessary tests and tests, and following being detained for several hours inside the hospital, the doctors allowed him to leave. And return to his home, following checking on his health condition.

Yesterday, Tuesday, October 31, the Mokattam Court of Appeals, held in the South Cairo Court, acquitted all the defendants in the case of defrauding the artist Sabry Abdel Moneim, following verifying the validity of the contracts and powers of attorney submitted by the defendants.
This comes following the Mokattam Misdemeanor Court, in the South Cairo Court, sentenced 8 defendants to two years’ imprisonment for defrauding Sabry Abdel Moneim of one million and 900 thousand pounds. The artist said during the investigations that the defendants had deluded him into buying his apartment with documented contracts, and following the contracts were drawn up, they fled. Without paying the agreed-upon sale amount, the artist decided to file a report accusing both “N.A” and “A.T” of defrauding him in the complainant’s apartment in the department’s office.
