Final film with angry theatergoer

The film festival ends with the black comedy YANNICK by Quentin Dupieux. A young man named Yannick attends a tabloid comedy called Le Cocu at the Théâtre Déjazet in Paris. He works as a parking attendant in Melun and took a day off, traveled 45 minutes to Paris and walked another 15 minutes to see the piece.

Frustrated by the mediocre performance, Yannick stands up in the middle of the performance and begins a discussion in his particular dialect with the three actors, who do their best to explain to the troublemaker that the author of the play is not present.

The young man is escorted to the exit, but Yannick comes back with a pistol in his hand and takes everyone present hostage. He sets regarding fundamentally revising the piece with the actors. Yannick wants to prove that even a parking attendant can write good entertainment.
