According to Mark, Apple intends to launch two variants of the fourth generation of AirPods in 2024. According to the Bloomberg report, these new models will still be below the AirPods Pro. Obviously there will be differences between these two more affordable models, but it was said that both will have “a new design that looks like a mix of the third-generation AirPods and the Pro model”.
The new “normal” AirPods model, which will be a little more expensive, but still below the price of the AirPods Pro, will have active noise cancellation (ANC) and speakers built into the charging case. However, Mark says that none of the fourth generation AirPods variants will have ear tips like the AirPods Pro have.
