It sparkles all over the place. Sparkling wines have long been enjoyed by consumers all year round, not just at New Year’s or other festive occasions. Unsurprisingly, the example comes from France, from Champagne precisely. Nowhere do bubbles sell as well as in this wine region. Big brands like Moët & Chandon, Louis Roederer, Laurent-Perrier, Taittinger dominate the market. These brands obviously provide security to the buyer. But not the variety.
