Munich (ots) – RTLZWEI is aware of its responsibility towards the environment and society. The company takes numerous measures to ensure that it operates in an economically, ecologically and socially sustainable manner. This commitment is continually being expanded. By joining the Bavarian Media Sustainability Pact, RTLZWEI is actively contributing to shaping a sustainable media industry.
The “Bavaria Media Sustainability Pact”, which is initiated and coordinated by the Bavarian State Center for New Media, includes the formulation of guidelines for the companies involved on key points in the area of sustainability. These guidelines support the development and anchoring of a sustainability strategy and further develop sustainable entrepreneurship. The patron is Ilse Aigner, President of the Bavarian State Parliament.
Dr. Thorsten Schmiege, President of the BLM: “With RTLZWEI, we now have another partner at our side in the Bavarian Media Sustainability Pact. The pact is one of the first responsibility communities in Germany of relevant players from the media industry who want to help shape digital change sustainably.
