A laboratory for the manufacture of drugs was disabled by members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Fanb). At the scene they found more than 4 tons of cocaine.
It was located in the state of Zulia, near the border with Colombia, reported Chief General Domingo Hernández Lárez, strategic commander of the Fanb.
In a joint operation with the GNB National Anti-Drug Command, they found this “logistical supply point” that had “dining room areas, bedrooms, instruction classrooms and infirmary.”
At the site they found and destroyed more than 4 tons of cocaine, as well as different equipment for drug processing.
There were also more than 1,700 liters of acetone, regarding 800 kilos of cement, another 1,900 liters of gasoline and 1,300 liters of diesel, 800 kilos of urea.
As well as packaging material, scale molds, transformers, power plants, coca leaf crusher.
Other items were FARC uniforms, two 5.56 mm rifles and 13 MGL ammunition.
