Except that Rodrigo and Gabriela are Mexican and instead of turntables they play their acoustic guitars. If their first names fit together like a familiar melody, it is because the duo has been taking the dry strings into unsuspected territories for more than twenty years, with rock, Latin or folk reliefs, enough to put the instrument back at the center.
