In this case, it all starts with the beheading, on October 16, 2020, of Samuel Paty. On November 12, Paris informed Brussels of the report of an Instagram account broadcasting messages supporting the attack. But this account leads straight to Belgium. And more precisely to a mother of three children, of foreign origin and living in the small town of Écaussines, around fifty kilometers from the French border.
