Bernabé Gutiérrez, the National Secretary General of Democratic Action, published a text within the framework of the opposition primary elections where he classified them as “exclusionary” and detailed that “more than 20 million Venezuelans stayed in their homes, “Yesterday’s participation in that vaunted, annoying and questioned event did not manage to move even 800,000 votes.”

“This is an unobjectionable reality. I repeat, more than 20 million Venezuelans did not believe in this new farce of an increasingly reduced g3, and decided to stay in their homes, because they know that these egomaniacs are not going to change this nonsense that the country,” he continued.

Likewise, he added that 20 million Venezuelans “are tired of erratic pseudo-leaders of profession, action and passion.”

Therefore, he emphasized that Venezuelans “are clear that to change President Nicolás Maduro it will be in the 2024 elections, and we will do it with the AD candidate, comrade Luis Eduardo Martínez.”
