Nissan South America created a regional proposal where it presented its present, future and near future, with innovation, electrification and advanced technology as its flagships
Prestigious international awards recognized the initiative
South America – A Nissan South America has many reasons to celebrate. A Nissan Innovation Weekthird edition of NSAM Weeks which aim to provide an overview of the pillars and trends that are impacting the world of business and especially the automotive industry, was recognized by the SABER Awards Latin America (Industrial-Manufacturing Sector category) and PR News Platinum Awards (Others – Campaign of the Year ), delivered to Mexico and the United States, respectively.
This is the second time in a row that Nissan has been featured in these awards: in 2022, the company received an honorable mention in the PR News Platinum Awards, with the case #INsidersNSAM (brand ambassador program), and SABER Awards Latin America in the category Industrial-Manufacturing Sector, with the launch of the Nissan Frontier pickup truck.
In a world where many talk regarding innovation, Nissan sought to offer a meaningful and memorable experience, which had continuity and might be taken to both the press and the Japanese manufacturer’s employees. Nissan Innovation Week was a week full of content, in-person and digital experiences, activations and much more.

About the prizes
The award PRNEWS Platinum Awards highlights the people, organizations and brands that challenge assumptions, push boundaries and embrace the seemingly impossible to create winning campaigns. The PRNEWS awards community is made up of more than 200 communicators and marketing experts from companies, agencies and non-profit organizations around the world. In this edition, more than 1,000 cases were analyzed by the judges. Nissan South America was the winner in the Others – Campaign of the Year category.
The award SABER Awards Latin America aims to recognize the best public relations work from around the world. The acronym stands for “Superior Achievement in Branding, Reputation & Engagement” (in Portuguese: Superior Achievement in the areas of Brand, Reputation and Engagement). The awards are given by PRovoke Media, a news, trends, events, information and intelligence agency regarding the public relations sector. Nissan South America was highlighted in the Industrial-Manufacturing Sector category.
