The Sphere, a giant sphere located in Las Vegas, in the United States, was recently used by Microsoft to promote the latest generation of the Xbox console and some titles compatible with the video game. The sphere used for is 112 meters high — more than the Statue of Liberty or Big Ben — and 157 meters wide.
The structure also has a huge screen with 50 million LED lights capable of playing different videos. The surface of the sphere has a total area of 54 thousand m², approximately 8 football fields. With 173 million pixels, it is the highest resolution screen in the world. It has also previously been used to promote shows and products.
Xbox’s presentation at Sphere is just over a minute long and shows, in addition to the company’s logo, games like Starfield, Forza Horizon 5 and more. The advertisement ends by showing the Xbox Series X|S.
