In line with this purpose, VRF equipment from Samsung’s DVM S line – the brand’s commercial line – was selected due to its variable refrigerant flow technology, which ensures the efficient distribution of cooled air throughout the internal units, allowing greater versatility in the project. in the installation of equipment. With this, the building can gain flexibility and performance in temperature control with very low energy consumption. “This type of technology facilitates the management of energy consumption, giving the condominium the power to ration the use by floors or even rooms, if necessary.
