According to him, production of the 2nd generation AirTag has been postponed to 2025, by regarding a year. This means that it should only be launched from 2025 onwards.

Rumors released last Wednesday (2) pointed to the possibility of Apple announcing 2nd generation AirTags trackers next yearbut new information suggests that the launch may only happen in 2025. 2nd generation Apple AirTags may integrate with Vision Pro and go into production in 2024
Apple appears to be preparing to launch a second generation of AirTags, its tracking devices that have already caused controversy in cases of stalking, although their purpose is to help find lost objects. The information was revealed this Wednesday (02) by famous leaker Ming-Chi Kuo.
According to the informant, the new generation of AirTags will begin to be mass produced in the last quarter of 2024.
