WHAT TIME DOES THE DRY LAW START IN ECUADOR?
As stated in article 123 of the Code of Democracy, it determines that a dry law will have to be executed in the electoral calendar. Therefore, the distribution, sale and consumption of alcohol must be made impossible 36 hours before and 12 hours following democratic day. On this occasion, the elections begin this Sunday, October 15 at 07:00 am, so it will be prohibited to sell, buy and drink alcohol from Friday, October 13 at noon until Monday the 16th at noon.
