The armed wing of the Hamas terrorist group fired rockets in the direction of Tel Aviv in retaliation for Israeli bombings in two refugee camps in the Gaza Strip, the armed movement that governs the Palestinian enclave said Thursday.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is in contact with Hamas and the Israeli authorities to achieve the release of hostages taken by the terrorist group, the organization reported this Thursday in a statement.
