At the St. Josef Hospital in Braunau, nine specialists were recently appointed senior physicians by the managing directors of FraGes Holding, Johann Stroblmair and hospital managing director Erwin Windischbauer: Julio Caesar Ellacuriaga San Martin (surgery), Frank Fürntrath (orthopedics and traumatology), Wolfgang Gieß (Anesthesiology), Tanja John (Gynecology and Obstetrics), Michelle Kallen (Mental Health Clinic), Niksa Matkovic (ENT), Francesca Salvatore (Internal Medicine 1), Vedrana Susko (Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine) and Mihai-Herman Visinescu (Orthopedics and traumatology).
“These appointments reflect their dedication and care for their profession. And they also demonstrate their expertise in caring for patients in the Braunau district,” says Medical Director Corinna Hirzinger. Doctors who have completed specialist or additional specialist training, as well as those who have completed jus practicandi and long-standing employees were also honored.
