Cindy Bollen, a 42-year-old woman, has been missing since Tuesday, October 10, 2023, the federal police reported on Wednesday. She was last seen on rue de Lingue in Mouzaive, in the commune of Vresse-sur-Semois, a few moments following leaving the SPAR store located on rue de la Ringe in Vresse-sur-Semois on foot, at 2:41 p.m.
Searches were carried out by emergency services in the Dinaphi area, under the direction of the police, between Tuesday 7:30 p.m. and Wednesday 3:00 a.m. “Teams of whitewater rescuers and drones intervened. The searches brought nothing up,” said Dinaphi zone spokesperson Patrice Liétart.
The federal police have since issued a disappearance notice, at the request of the Namur public prosecutor’s office. “Cindy is approximately 1m70 tall, of medium build and has shoulder-length red hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a long brown sleeveless dress and was in possession of a shopping bag. Cindy is asked to contact her relatives or the police in order to reassure them,” specifies the wanted notice.
